JUSTIN MICHAEL JEFFERS is aN EMMY NOMINATED DGA director from seattle who is striving to create thoughtful content that reflects the culture and community in which he grew up. Drawing inspiration from 90’s street art, hip hop, and social activism, Justin brings his visions to reality by growing, learning, and gaining new experiences. Currently signed to the INVISIBLE collective and living in los angeles, justin is constantly PUSHING BOUNDARIES CREATIVELY and CULTURALLY.

In 2024, he RECEIVED a emmy nomination for his psa spot “THEY THINK THEY KNOW YOU”, which focused on corporate america targeting black communities through manipulative advertising. He has been awarded two separate Vimeo staff picks for short documentary work focused on the black community and has led workshops on visual storytelling at the Northwest African American Museum. his short documentary “Slim Pickins” helped raise over $160,000 to support the Slim Pickins Outdoor Gear Shop in Stephenville, TX.

Other work includes collaborations with NIKE, REI, Reebok, Brooks Running, Patagonia, Apple, Disney, Hoka One One, THE NWSL, & Sounders FC. His original work has been exhibited by The Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Arts, as well as Eugene’s Hult Center for Performing Arts. (B.A. Digital Arts, University of Oregon.)
